Hi, my name is Kate, I am a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist and Reiki Practitioner. I enjoy working with people to achieve their goals and tailor a service to your needs. I would love the opportunity to meet with you and see how I can work with you to achieve your goals. 

I have personally experienced the benefits of massage and Reiki can have on the body and mind and I take a holistic approach to treating the body. I believe we get the best results when we work with the body and its own innate healing ability to facilitate recovery. Once the muscles are warmed up they will allow us to go deeper into the muscle tissue to aid in recovery.
